Shipping & Delivery

Every Onyx Resin piece is delivered worldwide, fully insured, in a custom-built crate. Delivery is on us.

How shipping works

Once your piece is complete and the final balance is settled, we begin the packing process. Each piece is crated by hand in a custom-built wooden crate sized to its dimensions, padded for safe transit, and labeled for international shipping. The crate is insured for safe delivery.

We ship through carriers that specialize in furniture and oversized goods, so your piece is handled by professionals from our workshop to your door.

Delivery timeline

Production: 3 to 8 weeks after design approval, depending on the piece.

Shipping: 1 to 3 weeks depending on destination.

Total estimated delivery: 4 to 11 weeks from order confirmation.

You receive a tracking number as soon as the piece ships, and we stay in contact through delivery.

Customs and duties

Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are set by local governments, not by us, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We're happy to share the information needed for smooth customs clearance.

If something arrives damaged

Every order is fully insured. If your piece arrives with any damage, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll handle the insurance claim and arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
